Research Profile

Tell the research engine what to look for. This drives automated lead discovery — the more specific you are, the better the results.

Be specific — project types, minimum values, preferred sectors, exclusions. The research engine uses this as its primary brief.
No service areas selected — add MSAs above to scope the research engine.

Help & Support

Getting started, FAQs, and how to contact support.

Getting Started

1. Add your service areas — Go to Settings → Research Profile and configure the markets you serve (MSAs). This drives automated lead discovery.

2. Describe your ideal projects — In Research Profile, describe what types of projects you're looking for in plain language.

3. Import or create leads — Use the + New Lead button or run the research engine to auto-discover leads from permit filings, news, and public records.

4. Track and act — Update lead statuses, add contacts, link companies, and annotate sources as projects develop.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the research engine find leads?

The engine searches news sources, permit databases, and public records for your configured service areas. It uses AI to extract project details and match them against your research profile.

How do I change a lead's status?

Click any lead row to open the detail panel, then click "Edit" to modify the status. You can also use the Decline or Reopen buttons for those specific transitions.

What's the difference between Archive and Delete?

Archive (soft delete) hides a lead from the main view but keeps it recoverable under Settings → Archived Leads. Permanent delete is irreversible and only available to admins.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → User Management and click "Invite User". They'll receive a magic link via email to activate their account.

Can I export my leads?

Yes — use the Export button on the Leads view. Supports CSV and XML formats. Use filters before exporting to export a subset of leads.
